Same ip, same guy, and I also presume the one with the faulty unit from Amazon. You obviously got unlucky with your unit and like any defective unit and as the YouTuber states, use your warranty, Things like that happen. If you bought from a dealer who is unhelpful then contact shenzhen audio who work with Ladder and ask them to message Ladder with the issue and see if they can directly help you. It’s the best advice I can give since that is how I communicate to Ladder also.

That’s strange, its only been out for about a year or so. No issues here with mine. Only 2 ‘reviews’ on Amazon though.
