At least it is at 192kHz! Quite some other players are downsampled to 48kHz on Roon…. If you really need to stick to Roon then you should grab a Roon-ready device, for myself, I prefer using a bigger micro SD card and drag everything inside, could be a good back up too!

Except coax that can be enabled by an external usb to coax adaptor, all is on board!

– Phone out
– Line out
– Coax out
– Digital out
3.5mm jack output/USB C output?
Thanks!

Give it some 200 hours to run in and you will be even more impressed!

Android 7.1 used on M8 as well. They keep enhancing app support (say the Sony app), so far the other apps I use work fine and I am looking forward to their upcoming firmware updates too.

The M6 is running a 32bit version of Android 7.1.1 and it is problematic for some apps. Shanling promised a 64 bit and more recent OS but so far nothing…
