Hi Nick

Mojo competes just fine for me though different timbre. The N6ii A01 is quite analog and rich sounding, T01 motherboard is a bit more neutral and roomier. The N6ii really is an all in one solution without the need to wirelessly interface to playback music compared to the Poly/mojo though to be honest most use DAPs to stream these days to the lines are blurred.

I own a Mojo/Poly combo, which I find to be excellent after the 2.0 update. I also have a Hugo 2 for at home listening.

I have been pondering over getting a Cayin N6ii, which I have seen you review. How do you think the Mojo stacks up to the Cayin sound quality-wise? Is it still able to stands its ground?

Thanks,
Nick

The Mojo does not have balanced but according to Chord the way the Mojo is designed it will not make any difference. I do not have a Clear to test but I do not see why it would not pair well being a dynamic headphone of only 55 ohms.

It has been said that the Clear does VERY well with balanced inputs. Mojo does not have a balnced out however?

Any listening experience between the 2?

It’s to be connected to an Ipod Touch 6th Gen with Meze 99 Classics.
Prices are quite different but I want to get the best sound.
What would be the best choice ?

Regards …. Christophe
