If you care to read the top paragraph it is clearly explained that the top-ranked IEMs, (as with all our rankings) are determined by YOU the reader from their voting on each review page. It has nothing to do with our own review scores. Also, we never rated the IT07 as “10 stars”. We do not even have a star rating system.

Thanks :) We actually got delayed by one week on this due to a typhoon hitting our region causing widespread destruction, knocking out the office for 5 days for power and internet.
