Clarity, Open, honest sound…just a totally all around great headphone. I dont listen to much Classical, but John Williams live performance of Star Wars on youtube made me almost cry it was that great…and realistic,

They are light saber articulate and great comes out great, mediocre comes out mediocre and crap comes out crap.

For the price and being compared with Utopias, Susvaras and the Abysss says a lot.

It is a little more solid in weight but relatively neutral. I would jump to the Susvara or Abyss.

For planar headphones, I currently have the hifiman he6se and solitaire p se and was trying to figure out what planars to get next. Is the d8000 pro similar or more different than the solitaire p se? Thanks,
