This is a portable audio website so we don’t really compare speakers to headphones. Not enough rooms in the office for that.

This headphone is far from beeing neutral. It cannot be used for classical music. It is hard to destinguish a cello, a violo or violin, because thefrequeny range from 2-3 khz is supressed be more than 10db.
Hoever applieng the correct compensation this is one of the best headphones. Without compensation a cheap HD650 or AKG702 is much better.
Did you ever compare the tonal characteristic of the soiltair with classical music to a good pair of loudspeakers in a well treated room?

I’m sorry, but if you don’t try DSD1024 upsampling and NOS mode you will neve know how really the DAC/Amp sounds.
